Committee Reporting and Accountability Policy
All committees under Discipleship Council shall present a written report to the Chair of Discipleship Council due at each bi-monthly regular meeting.
All committees under Church Council shall present a written report to the Chair of Church Council due at each bi-monthly regular meeting.
The council secretaries for Discipleship Council and Church Council shall write a bi-monthly report to be printed as a special insert to the Wesley Window newsletter.
Wesley Committee Regular Report Summary Form
This form is only for your convenience and can be used as an outline
for your committee report, or for a top page for other written material and
data you may be turning in to your council. All committees must turn in
written reports to their council on or before the council meeting, so that the
council secretary can compile accurate minutes of the meeting and create a summary
report for the next bi-weekly newsletter.
