At a Called Charge Conference, Sunday, May 17,2009, Wesley United Methodist Church formally ratified the March 2009 Consultation Report recommendations as an outline (blueprint) to follow over the next few years to generally make the changes in our church culture and structure to achieve the desired results of church growth, spiritual growth, staff redeployment, welcoming, discipleship, and outreach.  Below are the study results and timeline adopted.  Each step and benchmark will be considered by our church leaders not as a mandate, but a recommendation that needs addressing, with alternatives in the plan where logical and necessary.
