SISTERS AT HEART

Donna Tonubbee and Debbie Chlouber plan the next Sisters at Heart gathering Sisters at Heart archive Sisters at Heart is an outreach
ministry that has developed from our Family Life work area at Wesley.
Sisters at Heart began presenting interesting Christian programs
for women in 2004. The leaders of the outreach group are Debbie Chlouber
and Donna Tonubbee, who are co-chairs of Family Life. Their experiences
as elementary school and Sunday School teachers, Christian leaders and
officers of many church groups, have enabled their creation of this community
ministry for women. A free nursery is provided for Sisters at Heart and the church welcomes women of all faiths to enjoy the varied monthly programs and snack suppers. Welcoming presentations, holiday decorations, door prizes and games are included in the varied evening programs. "Please come and experience the fellowship these evenings of Sisters at Heart afford, and bring along a girlfriend or family member," invite Donna and Debbie. |

Donna says, "Scripture tells us that as Christians we have a very serious and big responsibility to help others grow in their relationships with God. We have a responsibilty to help one another grow in our faith. Women helping other women do that... it's what "Sisters at Heart" is about. We're all at different points in our spiritual journeys, and we all can learn from one another where we are. So, Sisters at Heart was born out of a desire to honor God by offering opportunities for women to learn and to grow closer to Him. We invite women of all ages to be speakers at our programs... women of various backgrounds: mothers, daughters, grandmothers, single and married... and through the life experiences of our speakers, as well as the fellowship that takes place, our hope and our prayer is that once you attend, you'll come back and be with us again." "We
believe that God has led us in this program, and we give Him the glory,."
